Still waiting for Doc to chime in on this post?!?!?!? hehehee!!

I guess I will have to pull this post up next year for our anniversary seeing we bought our first contract (230) on our anniversary and just (still waiting to close) another (270) this past anniversary..................NExt year I will have to search for at least a 400 pt. contract!!!!
