I was intending to book OKW with Complete Orlando tomorrow - 1bed 18/8 to 28/8 2013. Got a great price £2863 with our park tickets. However, seeing the increased discount made me look at the figures again...

After speaking to the family and double checking with DH that I could go ahead - he said whilst he loves OKW he wanted to try another Disney hotel as he likes the change. The whole family were quite taken on Wilderness Lodge when we visited Whispering Canyon (I must say their server Kate, an older woman, was outstanding - she pulled up a chair and sat down with us to tell us stories - loved her!)

Whilst OKW and SS are cheaper with Complete Orlando - Wilderness Lodge is better value through WDTC.

WDTC = £3135 + £125 Cashback + $100 gift card
CO = £3272

So, by this time tomorrow (DH Pay Day!) we will have made our booking for Wilderness Lodge

Wilderness Lodge is breathtaking, you will love it! Sounds like a fantastic price with WDTC.

They are usually slightly cheaper for OKW/SSR deals.
I just checked last 3 weeks of July 2013 for 3 adults.
Disney after Quidco & $100 giftcard knocked off price = £3,860
CO = £3,750

£110 cheaper and no messing with Quidco but they have slightly different T&C's, Disney are slighty better if you need to make a change.

My experience with CO has been that they aren't quite as good as WDTC too, even with the gift card knocked off, but that's just me, others like Wayne have found them to be offering better prices.

As a fan of Complete Orlando - I have always found them a great link between full blown DIY and your regular package holiday from the likes of Virgin. Despite knowing WDW is coming out cheaper for Wilderness Lodge, I will call CO tomorrow and see what they can do....

I have the same problem.
everyone raves about them but when we last booked, they were one of the most expensive.

Just wanted to add that Quidco cash back has been confirmed and being paid in the next run on 1st November!

Have only paid a £200 (or £67.45 now that the £132.55 cash back has been paid)

6 weeks! Very impressed - that can now go into my flight fund!
