Wow Tammy you look beautiful. I can' get over the transformation. You have come along way and you look great.
You are definitely an inspiration.

I have not been on the boards lately and I feel really bad about that. I figure I can't really offer a lot when I am gaining weight (I am 21 weeks pregnant).

When it is time for me to lose the weight I will be back and I can't wait to have your inspiration and support.

Congratulations Tammy! I just saw your pictures and they are truly inspiring. I think it will be an emotional experience when I'm finally able to post some before/after pictures.
I think it's great that you are managing your diet without actually being on a program--that's the goal--to be able to eat & exercise, to LIVE your life in such a way that you can manage and maintain a healthy weight.
