Updated! Photopass is a bust for us this time I guess?

I tried posting this awhile ago and it said it was a repeat of a thread I'd already posted within the past 5 minutes? Nuh-uh! I wonder why it's saying that. Anyway... waiting a bit to try posting it to get it to really take my post... waited HOURS and tried to post it -- it's still saying it's a repeat thread from 5 min ago and yet this thread never went through! It said that on the VERY first time I hit submit! Let's see if it let's me post now..

This time our photopass isn't working.. we only had a few pictures taken at MGM one day (on photopass) because we wanted the one with stitch in a hat (my oldest is really into Stitch LOL) but it's not working. That was Sunday.... it's now Wed and it's still not working even though it says if it was taken the day before you might need to wait a day. Since it's well over a few days now- I guess I can assume it didn't "take" when he scanned the card? I have entered the letters/numbers a BUNCH of times... so I know I'm entering them right. I guess this time photopass was a bust for us?

You can call Disney... (not sure which number) and they will ask you a series of questions (location, date and time, description of people in the photo) and they can try to help find your photos.

I had the previous post thing happen to me a couple of days ago. I had to post it again the next day before it would let me. I don't know why that happens sometimes.

We had a couple of pictures taken that didn't come up on our Photopass. Most did, but there were a couple that I noticed missing. I noticed that when they "swiped" the card, we didn't get that picture. We got all the pictures that they scanned the barcode on the back. Strange. Maybe the swipey things don't work right, or the photographers aren't doing something right.

Oh no... ours was swiped! I didn't know there was another way to do it (scanning barcode)- I thought they all had to be swiped. Live and learn I guess- but I am going to try and see if they can find those pictures.

That is weird about how it's saying previous post and not allowing to post something NOT previously posted- until hours later or the next day. Just a glitch I guess. (Dis has a glitch- new movie? LOL)

I contacted them thru the website online and they emailed me that they'd look into it- then just the other day I received an email that they found my pictures and I was able to finally get them to pull up with my card number!
