No. You probably won't see December till November.

It seems whenever you identify patterns, things change, but I would watch the app first, not the website. And sometime after noon/1ish ET.

Disney releases park hours on their website on a rolling 180 day basis. So each day adds another day, etc. There are sites like Touring Plans and others that post park calendars in advance of Disney, presumably from reliable sources and/or educated estimates. FWIW!
