We did get through to our accommodation of our first hotel and that is all sorted and they are very understanding and won't charge us for the night we miss because it was a flight delay/cancellation. For the night we have added to the end of our trip, that's who we can't contact. You'd think the disney hotels would have a 24 hours reservation thingy. oh well.
Glad your first hotel were so understanding. You'll have plenty of time to organise the last night, so try not to worry about that too much.
Hopefully you're on your way by now. Try to put all this behind you and just focus on having a wonderful time
