Trying to plan out our meals at the different parks. Who has the most updated menus? I see things that aren’t listed on the official Disney World website but are listed on other sites.

One of the benefits of the pandemic era is that most spots are (or at least were -- got a couple paper menus last week) relying on diners pulling up menus on their phones via QR code so that has "forced" them to keep the menus on the Disney site up to date. I'd go with the menus on the Disney site. If you have questions about specific items and menus, you can ask here in the restaurants forum and chances are that someone will have been recently and can confirm. Happy planning!

While I agree with both of the responses you've received, the one exception we've found is in lounges. We love hitting up a lounge for a quick bite and have found that the menus they give you can be quite different from what is online. Often they offer the printed menu in addition to the online (find this at Nomad most every time), but a few weeks ago at HBD Lounge we were told we had to order off the printed menu we were given. It turned out to be the full HBD menu, which was fine as my husband and I just wanted Cobb salads anyway and our son was quite delighted to be "forced" to order a steak :goodvibes . But it was a surprise that the light bites of the lounge menu weren't available.

I always look at the official Disney website to get current menus. You have no idea how often personal blogs or various 3rd party sites are updated or if they are current.
