So what times did we finally decide on for these? And for the picture/meet-up?

The WCT lunch is at 11:30 am sharp. I am asking all attendees to be there by 11:15 am so we don't have to wait. We are a party of 20 and will be sitting outside. See you there!

As far as the group picture, a few people threw some times out there and most seemed to think 7 or 7:15 would work best. Either that or really early, like 6 pm. I don't think there will be a time convenient for everybody, so Stacielee, pick a time, post it and let's go with it. That's what I say.

I say we meet between 1:20 and 1:30, so we can rush in as the 1:00 show ends and swipe up some good tables. Then we can take turns holding the tables for the hour until the show starts.

Okay...so... i've been on the phone with vacation planning. Still working on the cake. I told them i wanted them PLEASE to be extra careful with the cake..as when we were there for my birthday i found a piece of metal in my cake. { Turns out that is what they attach frosting flowers onto the cake with.} So.. she said.. well if we put frosting flowers on the cake you should know sometimes they put metal on with the flower to hold it into place.
I was like...No No No... we do not need any flowers on the cake then. No No No...we do not Want Metal in the cake.

So Sorry Disney but used to be a caterer and i NeVeR EvEr used wire to hold together frosting flowers on a 2 layer cake.

So.. i've made sure that our cake won't have any wire in it.

Did you ever think you'd have to order a cake from Dl and specify no loose wires please?

It's kinda like herding cats.

I think the problem was that someone - Melody? or Beth? - said it was really a zoo lining up to get inside the party. So we need someone who has experience at this party at CA at Halloween to decide the best way to do this. I think getting in and out of line isn't going to work, so experienced ones, enlighten us. What time should we start standing in line? Then maybe we can pick a meeting place right before that, take the photo, and get in line? It will be fun chatting while waiting in line.
