Updated CRT Lunch menu?

Bring back Major Domo's!

July 3rd we went... actually walked out of the restaurant when sat down and saw it wasn't on the menu. My daughter and I were both crushed. We had dining plan... and they didn't use up our dining credits thankfully. We were nice about it, told the waiter how much we love MDP and couldn't wait to have it again.... tried suggesting the short ribs to us, but no, for cost of meal - whether dining credit or out of pocket - sorry, not going to try something for the heck of it... it was the MDP we were craving. As leaving the manager hunted us down and was very nice... and also suggested we try the short ribs. I just expressed nicely how surprised I was that of all items they would take THAT one off the menu, as popular as I thought it was. Yes, the princesses are there... but said we really dont' care - they are a nice added touch for us, we've seen them many many times... it's the MDP we want!!
Shame.. as took such a nice picture with cinderella that time and left without it. Daughter jokes that they must have it hanging in their break room with a caption that reads "the family that actually walked out of CRT"

I just don't understand what they are thinking. We had lunch a few years ago at CRT, and the whole experience was terrible - except for the MDP! They rushed us upstairs when we went in, telling us we would see Cinderella later. Then, just as our meals were brought out and we had only taken a few bites, they rushed us back downstairs to meet Cinderella or we would miss her! By the time we got back, my delicious MDP that I had been enjoying was cold and the waitstaff was so busy and we were so frustrated and disgusted, we didn't do anything about it. We haven't been back, but I loved that MDP and always toyed with the idea of going back just for that. Now there is no reason to go back!

Ok, could someone report back here if/when there is a new "new menu" - short of eating off the kids menu there is nothing I can stomach on the current menu for the $$$

Awe, I was looking forward to trying the Major Domo's. Has Anyone ate at CRT for Dinner Recently? I saw they had a roasted beef tenderloin... wondering if it is still there and also if it is any good

I decided to cancel my lurch ADR and keep the one I had for dinner. This is what I am planning on ordering. I hope it's good.

I will be eating at CRT on the 22nd. I will be there for dinner but I will see if they'll let me see the lunch menu.

I'm going to be there on Saturday. Too late for me to cancel ressie Wish I would have read this post sooner. Anyway I will let you all know what's on the lunch menu (I'll be asking to order of the kids menu since the adult one looks disgusting) Or maybe we'll get lucky & the menu will have changed

You can cancel up to the day before and be refunded the full price.

Quote from my lunch ADR:

There is a one-day cancellation policy and a full price charge if you cancel within one (1) day of the reservation or are a "no show" for the reservation.

Hoping for updated CRT lunch news...WDW reservations site shows the 4 new (blech!) options along w/ fried chicken and rib options, wdwinfo shows same 4 new (blech!) options....
