This will probably happen a million more times (although I hope not) but we have updated our ADRs again. Check my OP to see.

Everyone should be happy. No TS lunches for us.

Rosie's All American Cafe seems to only have burgers and chicken strips basically. My experience of both at WDW hasn't been so good.

We liked it there. Me & the DH split a burger it's pretty good.

On your last day (resort hopping) you might want to consider landing at AKL around lunch time so you can eat at the Mara. They have some great African lunches available and Zebra domes for your dessert.

Now, having just suggested at CS for you lunch--if you can forgive my hypocrisy--I find that the dining plan really does ruin the spontaneous dining moments at WDW. That really can't be helped when you need to lock-in your dinner ADR's! However, it can be helped when it comes to CS. I won't even let myself look at CS restaurants (at least in the theme parks) so as to leave some level of surprise for us with our dining. I do familiarize myself with the menus (ok, I know the menus from eating at almost every counter service over the years), but I don't decide until I am hungry. Just a thought...

I know what you mean, Belle5, about leaving some things up to chance. We might do that with our last day, although Mara sounds like a great option since we're dying to get back to AKL.

I like to have something written down for CS meals just to give us a general idea. If we change our minds when we're there, that will be ok. But in our experience, there are a lot of horrible CS options so we would like to have a good one or two in mind.

Well, things are falling into place nicely. Called today for my first ADR and got the time I wanted! I'm really glad because we'll be celebrating my parents' 30th anniversary that night.

I've updated my OP to reflect the ADR I got. I've also added Mara as your CS of choice on our last day. I still have one question mark in there if you want to offer suggestions.

We got our second ADR without any difficulty.

We have also decided to book the character breakfast at 1900 Park Fare for the morning of our depature since DH's favourites are the Alice in Wonderland characters. So, we have cancelled Spoodles which we had originally planned to book on our MK/DHS day.

Still have a question mark for a CS meal. Looking for opinions.

Why are you calling day by day for your reservations? Since you are staying on-site you can make your reservations for your entire trip in one call. Since you have the DDP don't you need one more TS as well or are you only staying 4 nights? Just curious

I have to call day by day because I haven't booked my resort yet. Since the 2009 rates haven't come out yet, us 2009ers can't book packages yet. And we are only staying 4 nights, hence the 4 table service ressies.
