As of right now, nothing has officially changed with the package cancellation policy. You still have to cancel 30 days prior to arrival to get your deposit back (the Vacation Protection Plan, if you purchased that, is nonrefundable). If you cancel between 2-29 days prior to arrival, you get all of your money back minus your deposit and the VPP if applicable. Cancellations made 1 day or less are nonrefundable. If you just reschedule, it's a $50 change fee once you're within 30 days but you can move your VPP to the new dates and any money you paid toward this trip will be applied to the balance of your new trip.
I say officially because it's always best to just call and talk to them if you're within 30 days as they've been known to work with guests on a case-by-case basis. But since exceptions wouldn't be guaranteed, it's best to be prepared to lose your $200 if you decide to make final payment and end up cancelling between 2-29 days prior to arrival.
