Here are the updates on the room reports. Thanks to everyone for their continued input. We have over 50% of the BCV rooms reports on first hand (and I'll add mine next month
:teeth: ). If you have any info to add plesae email me or PM,.

These will give you an idea of “sectional views”. It is extremely difficult to ask for a specific room (as well as trying on the CM’s). With the new room ready policy, guests have reported getting several choices at check-in and this may than help.

I have been unsuccessful in getting additional resort room layout but will keep trying, here's the VWL link:

I also have a sheet that just has some highlights of rooms that may not work for everyones needs. You might find that helpful instead:

The files are in adobe acrobat and which can be downloaded from this site for free:

Happy travels to all!!!

Thank you Sandy for all your hard work. I know I use your reports when I plan a trip. Can we pin this , so when we need it its handy????

Thanks for providing this info!

We just purchased a resale at BCV. Just got member number today and already have ressie for first trip home in September. I will bring this information along.

Thanks for gathering and updating all of this info! It was really helpful to me on our first trip 'home' to BWV. Also - thanks to all the vacationers who send her updates so this info is more complete!

Thanks for doing all of this research and work!

Wow! Thanks for all your hard work! This will really come in handy :).

Thank you so much. Our first trip home is in a few days and your map, coupled with the other post on BCV room location and report gives us a good lay of the land.

Correct me if I am wrong but I am trying to combine some info from both the room report and your map:

The bus stop is closest to the part of the building where 301 is located?
The front entrance is closest to the part of the building where 323 is located?
The best view of Epcot is from the side where 353 is located?

I am assuming that the room numbers are the same on all floors except for the first number that indicates the floor number. Would that be correct?

Thanks for your help.

Me being the plan freak that I am.... these links are GREAT!! and almost a must when planning a good trip. Thanks for making them available to us!

Keep up the good work -- we all really appreciate it !!!

Just thought I would add to the list. Room 465 is a 1 bedroom non smoking lock off. It is close to the 2nd elevator and has two balconies. It has a great view of the fireworks. Room is in good shape other than the table, lots of nicks, and seats for the table, lots of stains. Having a great time.

Wanted to add this BCV room to the list. Because it has been at least 18 months since we were there, it will be only the basics, not condition.

Room 357 is a 1 bdroom, could see high fireworks from room, and we could see Spaceship Earth. It was Non handicapped. Not far from elevator that goes to the quiet pool, then to the bridge to the parking lot.

Hope this helps.

The sidewalk to the BC from the BCV is actually located at the point where room 309/319 meet on my color coded map. The area of rooms 301/302 is closest to the driveway to front entrance of BC where the lobby and check-in is located for both the BC and BCV. It would also be the closest to the bus stop. There is also a sidewalk directly from the bus stop along the parking lot to the area of rooms 378/376. Even numbered rooms 340-352 and odd numbered rooms 353-377 will have the best views of Epcot/Illuminations although some may be partially obstructed with trees. We have been in rooms 327 and 331 and could see some of the Illuminations also so I bet 320, 322, and 324 would also have a partial view. Hope this helps and have a wonderful time at the BCV! I wish I was going back sooner than December!

Donna

Thanks Donna.

This will help if they give us a choice on checkin.

It's hard to believe we'll be home in a few days. It suddenly seems real!

I can add for BCV 104. Its a 2BR dedicated, non smoking, 3 patios which are not connected. Non-handicapped. Great location! Short hallway which is close to the exit door to walk to busses and close to the lobby of the Villas. View is of canal and queit pool but you can't really see them over the shrubbery. Very quiet and private area.

Thank you for taking the time to do this!

Thanks for all your hardwork, Sandie.

These are all BCV rooms.

We had 357 too, lsutigger2. Wanted to add to your info that it had 2 small balconies.

Also 430 is an accessible 1BR lockoff. No balcony in bedroom, small one off LR. Very close to the elevator.

We also had 428 which was an accessible studio with rollin shower. It locks off of 430. Small balcony. This conflicts with your report but we had requested an accessible 2BR because our daughter was with us and she needs the rollin.

Some more info on some rooms that are already listed:
425 is an accessible studio with a tub. It has a full balcony.

469 is not accessible. It is a lockoff studio with a beautiful view of SE.

429 is a 1 BR with a long balcony. It is not accessible.

At BWV...in August we stayed in room 5063. Preferred view studio. Ove Muscles and Bustles. Nice view of IllumiNations higher up fireworks. Could see Wishes off in the distance. A decent Boardwalk view over the village green. Smallish balcony. Had one of those little day beds, but not for sleeping!! Dedicated room also. Very close to the elevators.

In Nov...put in room 3014, one bedroom preferred view. Quite a distance from elevators. One smallish balcony on living room area, none in master. Master window looked out onto the next balcony.(this was an end of the hall type room, so our balcony faced the next balcony from the side). The view was very obstructed by trees. A peek could be had of the canal and face on of the Swan. It was also a terrific view of the old DVC bldg.

We were moved to room 4128. again, 1 bdrm, pref. view. A very nice room. A true hike from the elevators...235 steps. About 3 rooms from the end of bldg. We used the stairs a lot. Over the quiet pool/Community Hall. Nice view of the canal and S/D. Very quiet room. The stovetop needed some attention..two burners didn't work. Otherwise the room was in pretty decent shape. Balconies on both living room and master, not connected tho.
