I heard today that AKV is about to change to a later month as far as their UY, anyone else heard this? My guide told m I could get a March UY if I buy by tomorrow but after that they are moving the month to sometime later but she didn't know when. Just trying to determine if this is a sales tactic or a legit piece of info.

It doesn't seem unreasonable. The UY is tied to specific units. If the unit is sold out then they will sell a different unit that may have a different UY. Some Members who were buying AKV as a add on have been put on waiting lists because their UY units were sold out. As construction catches up and there UY unit becomes available they are processed in a first come first served order.

Thanks, she is off today but said that she would call me from her cell to get my contract going, but I haven't heard from her. I think I may call and see if I can have another guide start the process in order to get the March UY but make sure she gets the credit for the sale.

Leave her a voice mail. She will call you before you hang up. :lmao: If she promised you March, you will get March. I would stick with your original Guide if you are happy with her. Involving another Guide just complicates matters and it does affect your original Guides paycheck. Besides UYs aren't that important.

Just got the contract going through another guide but she assured me that my original guide would get all credit and she would do everything from here on out. Hated to do that, but ultimately, I am the customer so whatever I thought was right was right, right?:thumbsup2 So that is what I did!!

Don't expect at cozy relationship with your Guide.

If this affects her mood towards me, then she will be replaced. Can't see how not typing in the contract is going to make her have any grudge towards me. She gets full credit for the sale and will do everything in the future. The only thing she missede out on was some key strokes.

It's called human nature and respect. Your Guide told you that she would call and you decided to jump the gun and not give her a chance. No matter what we are told, Guides get paid based upon sales. She may get credit but not the same credit that she would have received if you dealt only with her. Why do you think that she is calling you on her day off? How would you feel if you were the Guide.

First off, if I were the guide, I would have called by now and not leave a customer hanging with no contact info at all. That is just good customer service. When I am out of the office, I always leave a contact number or person for my customers. If I didn't, then I can't hold anything against a customer who goes another route. Also, I gave her respect in making sure she got the credit for the sale. She will also be my sole contact from here on out. And as far as jumping the gun, it is 4:30 in the afternoon and still no call, she has had a full day to make this call. If she only gets partial, that is between her and the rest of the company. And if that is an issue, then again, she should have been more proactive in making sure the sale was done today, not leaving it to chance. Part of the reason is I would not be accessible by phone this afternoon and did not want to chance an unknown UY.

I wasn't aware that you didn't have her contact info and I didn't know that you would not be accessible by phone.

Congratulations on your purchase.
