I posted a few days back about how my daughter's very favorite stuffed bunny and also a plush Minnie we bought in the parks were left behind during out stay at Red Lion.
I FINALLY heard back from them today and they have them both and are shipping them back to me today! I can't express how happy I am!
Also, I left over 5 messages with the hotel's "lost and found" department, never could get ahold of anyone. Last night, I got an email survey about my stay. I left all positive feedback, but in the comment section, I mentioned how I was really hoping someone would call me back about my lost and found dillemma. I was polite in what I said but also expressed that we were upset that we could not get ahold of someone. When I got the call today, the lady I spoke with mentioned she received an email from THE CEO regarding my survey. Wow! That's some quick work on their part! Needless to say, even though it took a while to talk to a live person, I am so happy that they took the time to make my daughter very, very happy.
Just goes to show, a little persistence goes a long way!
