Aloha!
Here is your QR code for the following Hawaii trip:
Boston, MA, US (BOS) - Honolulu (HNL) - 2022-02-12
Each traveling adult must have their own QR code. You will receive a second email with the same QR code the day prior to this trip as a reminder of your upcoming travel to Hawai`i. Beginning Jan. 4, 2022, the completion of the Health Questionnaire prior to departure is no longer required in order to receive a QR code.
To protect public health, all domestic (including U.S. territories such as American Samoa, Guam, U.S Mariana Islands, etc.) and non-direct international travelers to Hawaii, including returning residents, are subject to a 10-day quarantine unless you receive an exception/exemption. You can find the terms of the quarantine order here:
https://ets.hawaii.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/SafeTravels-Order-for-Self-Quarantine.pdf
Exceptions from Quarantine:
Pre-Travel Testing Program
Travelers requesting an exception from quarantine through the Pre-Travel Testing Program must have their negative COVID-19 test results already uploaded into the Safe Travels Digital Platform and/or have a paper copy with them before they board the plane.
If you depart to Hawaii without your test result uploaded, or without a paper copy, you will be required to complete a 10-day quarantine. You will remain in quarantine even if you receive your test result after you arrive and while in quarantine. The State no longer allows travelers to upload test results after departure to Hawaii.
Vaccination Exception
Beginning November 8, 2021, domestic and non-direct international travelers may be eligible to apply for exception from quarantine through the Safe Travels Vaccine Exception Program. If travelers meet the requirements of this program, they do not need to provide proof of negative COVID-19 test from a Trusted Testing and Travel Partner. For more information on the Vaccination Exception Program: https://hawaiicovid19.com/travel/faqs/
To proceed through the airport checkpoint, you will need the following items:
1. Your QR code readily available on your mobile device or printed on paper. You may access the QR code on your device from your “Trips Details” at https://travel.hawaii.gov/#/trips/.
2. Government-issued identification.
3. Your mobile device charged and working properly.
4. Evidence of exemption/exception documents, i.e. exemption letter, vaccine documents, negative COVID-19 Test Result from a Trusted Testing and Travel Partner
5. A copy of your reservations for lodging and return flight, if applicable.
Having everything ready will help speed up your processing through the airport.
