OK I am not crazy

Called SW again today and it was a special to EZ pay AP holders that had passes that were about to expire. She is going to keep contacting IT until it is resolved. I told her I already got the vouchers from the guest services mgr yesterday but she told me I was getting these ones too because this should have been taken care of the immediately!!

That's some pretty awesome customer service by SeaWorld .

I have always been very impressed by their customer service efforts....I think they rival Disney in many ways. On our August trip, we had a cabana rented for two separate days at Aquatica. The first day we visited (a Tuesday), they told us our cabana rental entitled us to a series of discounts (50% off the Luau, 50% off another cabana rental within 14 days, etc.) if booked and paid before we left the park that day. I mentioned we had already reserved a cabana for our second day (the Thursday), and asked the cabana agent if she would credit me back 50% of the original purchase price (which had been already discounted with our AP) to my credit card. She immediately agreed, processed the transaction, and gave me a receipt. We flew home the Sunday, and by Wednesday (over a week after the credit was supposed to have been put through), the refund was still not showing on my Mastercard. I called SW, and they found that the transaction was "hung up" in their system. With profuse apologies which were very sincere, they promised to ensure the credit was put through immediately AND gave me an additional $25 credit for my trouble. The cabana and all its inclusions (12 bottles of Dasani water, towels, locker, etc.) ended up costing us just over $30 for the day .
