Lately it seems that we have people posting with BIG news and problems and I thought it might be nice if we updated each other on how we are doing, its just as idea!

For example mushmadness how are you and your sister doing now?

Alisonbestford how is your dh?

hiya

my sister had the piece taken from her forehead, the stitches are out. her eyebrow is still raised like she is asking a question. and the scars awfull purple. but shes ok, her spirits up. though she is very worried about how to protect her daughters from the sun now. as they go to wdw in may, she doesnt seen to be able to find any total block.

Now me , Im OK waiting for some more result, thankfully my bit off my nose was in the form of awart would you believe a cancerous wart so it was burnt off, then they took some skin from m leg. its a waiting game now.

On a positive I can book my disney meals from the 20th and its my birthday today!!

Well, we're looking forward to our trip - in less than 3 weeks (sorry Johnny )

The docs are still sitting, waiting on making a decision about Phil.
We only received the follow up letter from the beginning of January on Monday saying that they'd be discussing things with him soon!

Life just has to go on
Gone are the days when we put absolutely everything on hold, Phil's workload included, waiting for a decision
(So, if anyone wants any portraits painting, bikes / cars customising...........we have a Disney trip to fund )

Personally I think the follow up care DH gets with his tumour is atrocious but that's the disadvantage of large, general hospitals against smaller, specialist ones

Anyway,we're off to WDW soon .
Chef Mickeys is booked, as are our vow re-newal and limo ride

Thanks for the update Anna and Alison and have a great birthday Anna!

Alex's job is going well and the house hunting has become a nightmare! We have found somewhere and we paid a security deposit on Monday and handed in the reference paperwork, we need to know that everything is ok by next Monday so we can give our months notice but the referencing company havent even sent out the references yet! We keep chasing them but they are doing nothing so now we dont know whether to hand in our notice and take the chance we will not get this house or not hand in our notice and lose the security deposit??!!!
