Edited to add that Disney fixed the site! AP offers are now viewable, hopefully to all AP holders!

Ever since Wed June 20 when Disney updated their web site with the new Annual Passholders Special Offers for Aug 5 and beyond, some AP holders are no longer able to view/access any of the AP discounts "Special Offers" on the Disney web site. When we try to access the Special Offers page, some of us get this message:
"Sorry, a system error has occurred. Please try back later"
If you are having problems accessing the AP site Special Offers, please post here.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to solve our problem, please let us know. Many of us have already cleared cookies, eaten cookies out of frustration (mine were chocolate chip), deleted history, and have tried many other things, with no luck.
I know many folks are able to view the rates with no problem, but I am hoping by creating this thread, we can figure out a way for all of us to access the new rates. If you are one of the lucky ones, perhaps you can let us know what browser you are using or any other info you think might help.
We are able to log on, but are aggravated since we cannot check out the newly listed resorts/dates that are available to us without calling Disney. After waiting weeks for these rates, it is disappointing to have this happen at the very moment when we thought we could finally get our plans ironed out at this late date.
We are aware that we can call in to get these rates, but it is so much nicer to be able to check online first. It comes in handy, especially if you have already booked, but are hoping to switch resorts or play with your dates to be able to stay at your favorite resort. It sure helps cut down on the long distance calls to be able to check things online first.
I have emailed Disney about this problem. Perhaps if others did the same, it would help.
