i posted awhile back about buying a prom gown from ebay- it was handmade to her measurements and it worked out beautifully. she had many compliments on her gown and nobody else had one simular...total cost with shipping was only $60.00 compared to all of her friends who spent $350.00 and up!

Very pretty! Love the fabric.

My mom made all my prom dresses. Got exactly what I wanted & no one else had one like it. She had made her own wedding gown; and has sewn for a living; and has worked at bridal shops doing alterations. She was going to make by wedding dress, but with everything else going on, we ended up buying one.
