UPDATE Pg 2 - My New Mustang Has Arrived!!

I am pleased to announce that I have ordered myself a brand-spankin' new Ford Mustang!! I've been waiting the better part of a year to do this. Will have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for it to arrive, but it will be a beauty when it gets here!

V-6 Premium, Pony Package, Leather seats, Interior upgrade package, manual transmission. Windveil Blue exterior, Light Graphite interior.

Ooooh, yes.

Just had to share! I can hardly wait for the weeks to pass, so I can sit in my perfect new Mustang! I'll share a picture when it arrives!!

DS just picked his brand spanking new Mustang up this morning. He has about the same package but it is BRIGHT RED! I forget the actual name of the color. I am sure you will love yours. It was agony to wait for it to come in. He's had to wait about 8 weeks.

oh no did you see my thread and get lured in. I just bought a 97 Mustang and am so loving this car. All the upgrrades. It's my first non mom-mobile in 20 years. It has so much zoom to it. I worry that i'll get in trouble because this car is just not happy at 55mph. The only way i'd be happier is if it was a convertible.

DH got me the 2004 40th anniversay convertible when it came out. Got to love it - talk about power - have to be very careful and watch out for the law!!

And, really, thank YOU - it's the fine folks at Ford who designed this car and made it a must have. I didn't particularly NEED to get a new car, you know. I have an 11 year-old Saturn that's in stellar condition. But, Ford put together a vehicle I simply couldn't pass up. An amazing piece of machinery!

Went down to the car dealer Saturday and picked up my new Mustang after 6 weeks of waiting for it to be built and transported out here to So Cal! Oh, it's an absolute dream!!

A V6 isn't that a waste of a pony car. I will wait till the new 07 Z28 comes along with the 7 litre V8 from the Vette. Ford did do a nice job making a throwback look though much better than the Stangs of recent memory like the boxes of the 80's and early 90's
