Update On Us

Hello Folks,

Just wanted to update you with our pregnancy news.

Pregnancy isnt going too great this time, and I have developed Gestational Diabetes, which isnt great,I feel awful,and been house bound since 23weeks,since I fainted in Asda Of all places,
The downside to this is all the finger pricking and appointments,etc,but the plus side is we see baby every 2 weeks,and so far baby has had legs firmly shut until Monday when we finally found out we are expecting another little PRINCESS, yep A GIRL :d
We are extremely made up,chelsea took a while to come to terms,with this has she wanted a brother but she is now excited.

Scan below is our little one posing.
You can see her face very clearly.
She will soon be here they are thinking of inducing me around 39weeks. so fingers crossed.

Good to hear from you Beth, not long to go now!!! Congratulations on another girl!! We tried to find out the sex of our baby at our last scan but the legs were firmly crossed - we have a 3D scan in a few weeks so hopefully we will find out the sex then!!

Hi Beth - it's funny to find this post today - I was just wondering how you were!

Sorry your pregnancy hasn't been plain sailing, very glad baby is doing fine, though. Congratulations on the news - I've got two little girls too and it's lovely!!

Beth - sorry to hear about the Gestational Diabetes - not a nice thing to have, but hey at least they are monitoring you and your little one.
Hopefully they will induce you soon and you will be fine once you have her.

I am torn on whether to fin dout the sex of our little one - one part of me really wants to know and the other part of me thinks it would be nice to have a surprise. I don't know!!

Thanx everyone

We are due back in on Monday for another scan and to see the Antenatal team and Diabetic Dr I am hoping we can get some form of inducement date, etc,will keep you all updated.

Chelsea is already planning our Dis hol for next year
