Update on the trip with 13 of us!

We're now planning on two 3BR homes and separating the families with kids. The homes are off of 192, about 4 miles from WDW. My family is definitely renting our own mini van, so we don't have to rely on car pooling and doing everything together. All of us staying in the resort seems way too expensive, especailly since my mom wants to pay for us all (a dream come ture, huh? I'm still in shock! But, I will insist on paying for our own van). When just my 5 go again someday, I'd like to stay in the resort. But, for this trip, the house thing will be more practical.

We may also change our dates to Nov 9-16.

Thanks for the input!! I know I'll have a million more questions later!
