update on our adoption situation

Hi Guys. A few weeks ago, we put in a request for prayers on the CB. The baby we thought we may be able to adopt was born premature earlier this month. Found out this afternoon that the birthparents (teenagers) are going to keep the baby. Apparently, because the baby was born premature it has some serious health issues. They did not go into detail about what exactly was wrong, but the picture they painted was not good.

I feel very bad for all parties involved. I know the teens were looking forward to getting on with their lives. I am super sorry that the baby is suffering. I feel bad for us because we have a huge let down. We know that it will happen when God is ready. Just hard to understand! Just wanted to give you guys an update! Thanks for all the prayers!

What tough news to receive! I understand your heartache & your concern for the little one.

I am so sorry for the sad news but like the others said there is a beautifull shining star in the sky tonight and one day ( hopefully sooner than later ) that little light will be in your arms And I pray the baby you were supposed to have makes it through and grows up Very happy and healthy.
