Hi everyone! :wizard:

I just wanted to let you know VMK has posted under their promotions section that you can get the Red Stitch Hat, Inferno Magic One Star Unlimited Pin, the Mickey Mouse Window, and the Theater Set now at the Disney Movie Rewards website. This goes to prove that the one time use Inferno magic pin that many of use received is for sure an error and will be fixed. I told you all I received a letter on 11/24 saying mine would be fixed shortly. I will keep you posted when it does get fixed. It hasn't yet. Has anyone elses been fixed yet?
 
I've received an e-mail also. Either late last night or sometime today and it said the exact same thing as yours did. I'm doubtful of them having it fixed before 3 days, which is when my Inferno will expire.

But on another note I read on vmk magic that vmk lion said that the code was only meant to be one time use and the points would be lowerd but all those who got it before the points were lowered would recieve full inferno

I don't really believe that, but now my paranoia has me wanting to use the code now just to guarantee that it will be a full Inferno...

dont believe it!! The newsletter info was just put in today saying you can get inferno. The kids who are spreading this rumor cant read, it says one star not one use.

You know, to tell the truth the first time I read the promotions page my first reaction was that it is one time use, it is just the wording "one star" I don't get why they would say one star, I think we know we won't be getting 5 star inferno :rolleyes1. But after I read it another time I relized it was unlimted, so it would be a easy mistake.
 
When entering code(s) into the game they are still being recognized as Single-Use Inferno in the system. VMK has sent that e-mail to most players and I have heard nothing of a fix to it yet.
 
I entered my code for Inferno last Tuesday (11/20/07) and got the message that the code didn't match. I have NOT re-entered the code since, so I don't have the one time use Inferno. However, I have sent messages to Contact Us using the "Problems with a Secret Code" and "Other" options. I still have not received any sort of response. I'm getting very frustrated, arg.

I'm sorry to hear, amnb23 and Iris, that you both are having the same problem as I am. However, thanks so much for posting. The boat doesn't seem quite so bad when you know that others are in it with you ;).

Here's to hoping we get some kind of response soon!

Have you added the VMK email address to your contacts list? I did that for my MSN email and got a response from them.

I received the email from vmk_shorty assuring me they are correcting the Inferno problem on a first come - first serve basis.

So I wait...
