We went to the cardiologist yesterday and everything looked great with her heart.
Physical therapy and occupational therapy is going well and she's making great progress in both areas. She is having walking casts put on both legs from the knees down to stretch her heel cords which became extremely tight from her not walking for so long. That will happen some time next week we think and she'll have them on for 2-3 weeks.
The upsetting thing yesterday was being told her kidneys aren't working as well as they have been. Her transplant meds are extremely hard on her kidneys but they've always been hanging in there at around 75% function. The latest test showed only around 45% function so we are seeing a kidney specialist on May 15th to see if there are any recommendations or if the test was a fluke and we should repeat it or something.
I have a lot of faith but I still ask myself sometimes how much can one child be expected to endure??? Thanks for remembering Laura in your prayers.

Sending more P&PD that way.
