I wrote yesterday about a problem with my membership being cancelled and not receiving my PH tickets.
Well, the problem was my own. My mother is paying for this trip to WDW and she gave me her credit card number and asked me to do all the dirty work of planning and purchasing. But when I bought the tickets from hotwire, I used her credit card number and my mailing address. Apparently, hotwire checked and the number and address were not correct so they cancelled the order and my membership.
So, aside from cancelling my membership without notice and being extrememly hard to get ahold of (I followed the advice of someone on this board and just stayed on the phone until someone picked up), hotwire is a good company! They even watch out for their costumers.
