September will be my first time eating an actual WDW sit down meal :Pinkbounc I cannot make up my mind and I know i'm cutting it close with my ADR's. My DH and I will be there 5 full days one park a day and DTD. i've got the following:
MK-????
AK- ???
MGM- SciFi
Epcot- Bistro
DTD or another Epcot- ???

:lmao: not much progress... we are staying at CSR. We do not care for buffets and I dont know if we would feel out of place at a character meal.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... popcorn::

For MK, I would hop on monorail to Poly and try KONA. If you don't want another EPCOT, take a look at the places at Boardwalk, it's a fairly short walk from EPCOT. :cool1:

Ak doesn't really have a sit down dinner place. Also, there are place in MK but a lot of buffets. Keep in mind you can also go to any of the surrounding hotels for dinning. The contemporary, polyenisian, grand floridan. Go to
www.allearsnet.com for menues.

I have heard and read negatives about the food at Sci-Fi. You might consider Prime Time Cafe (very fun atmosphere, especially if someone in your party hates vegetables) or the Brown Derby - excellent food.

I have read that SciFi's food is not that great but I think the atmosphere looks fun. DH would hate to have someone pick at him and I didnt see anything i would like at the 50's PT, i am very picky eater. I Love Epcot and we have hoppers so we might just do dinner there 2-3 times! What about a character meal or a show any ideas??

Ok here are my ADR's

21- Jiko
22- still undecided :lmao:
23- Marrakesh (sp)
24- O'hana
25- SciFi

 I like it! I dont think i'm gonna have a chance booking a character meal this late but maybe you guys know of a less popular one???

Here is my suggestions:

For breakfast try Kona at Poly, Boma at AK or Chef Mickey at Contemporary

For ML table service try CP...love the variety of food. For counter service Cosmic Rays is great...they have chicken, burgers, salads, soups...basically something for everyone

Epcot table service try Le Cellier....we are going for the first time this Dec because of the great reviews from this board. We have tried Italy and while it was good it was also very rich and filling and we could not snack afterwards.

MGM, we have never tried counter service there but we love the 50's PRime Time Cafe table service, the fried chicken is so great and the smores desert is fab!

AK, we love the Flame Tree BBQ counter service and hope to try the Tusker House the next time we go.

DTD we grab a sandwich from Earl of Sandwich, cannot go wrong there for counter service. If you are looking for table service House of Blues is wonderful and great atmosphere

Magic Kingdom either the crystal palace or hop the monorail to the Poly and do Ohana....

Epcot.......Le Cellier ..........Le Cellier..........Le Cellier..... Ihave eaten all round the world there and NONE of them compare to Le Cellier.....ADR's says it all....I had to book two months ago to get the time I wanted for our trip this sept.

Animal kingdom doesn't really have a sit down.....for counter service I like Flame Tree BBQ, they have really nice tables out back...You could always hop the bus and eat at Boma........or if you have kids the Rainforest Cafe is really cool............

MGM..........please take my recommendation for this DO NOT go to sci fi....unless you want cool atmosphere and sucky food..........for Great atmosphere and GREAT food go to the 50's prime time cafe...

Oh and for a charactor sit down table service you could try Donalds Breakfastasaurus at Animal Kingdom...........

We LOVE Scifi and have been there every year for the past five years. I think you will really like. The atmosphere cant be beat and we really love the food too!

We enjoyed the food at Sci Fi. I think it gets a bad rap around here (just like many would say LeCellier is overrated).

OP, my biggest advice is to call NOW and make reservations for the ones you know you want. If you're going in Sept, many places are already booked. We called for LeCellier 160 days out and only had times after 830 or before 5 open. Kona for dinner will fill fast, as will 'Ohana. It's worth calling now, making your current choices, and then calling back when you decide or want to change. i'd hate for you to lose all your choices =)

Check out Kona for MK day, Raglan Road for DTD, and Boma for AK.

We really enjoyed Sci Fi. Despite the fact that DH's burger was raw in the middle -- mine was good and they comped that and hot fudge sundaes all around so I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The atmosphere *is* really worth it!

I would try Chef Mickey's for a character meal if you've never been there and still need another place.

We love Sci-Fi and Ohana. I would also recommend Spoodles (at the Boardwalk), the Plaza in MK-great sandwiches and milkshakes, Kona Cafe, Beaches and Cream, Rose and Crown and Fulton's at DD.

I was looking at pictures of the food YUMMO!! I sat drooling! I dont see how people deside. Well I cannot wait and i even have planned the cs meals :rolleyes1 I just hope DH will follow in my ALL-FOOD Disneymoon! :rotfl2: Thanks for all the opinions, they have helped a lot. I just wish we could stay longer, darn job. why cant i just work from disney??? :surfweb:
