Wow, your t-shirts turned out amazing! May I ask what brand of dye you used? I have been watching the other thread and am thinking of trying this out but I have never tie-dyed before so I am really nervous! Have you done this before?

Sorry, I have been dealing with snow, plowing and shoveling. DH is currently in Atlanta and missed every snow storm we have had this year  I have snow piles taller than the truck I am using. DH is currently the envy of every male neighbor, I had a few of the guys standing at the end of our driveway (at least 400 ft or more) watching me stack the snow up, the wives on the other hand at not happy with me :rolleyes1

I pm'd you the information.

I purchased a Jacquard tie dye kit (red, blue, yellow) and tulip brand black dye at Michaels.

After washing the heads look a bit faded compared to the rest of the shirt.
If I do again (which I am sure that I will) I will order jacquard brand black off the internet.

All of your shirts look amazing!

I've made a ton of iron-on shirts before and know that is manageable for me, but I'm intimidated by the tie-dye. Is it difficult? How long does it take?

Thanks!

The tie dye was not that bad to do.
Not quite sure of the time it took. I traced the heads and sewed them one night. Tie dyed them the next day. And then unwrapped and washed the following day.
I just followed the step by step directions on the tie dye thread.

Your shirts look great!!!!
I bought these prints when we were in Disney on our 2008 trip. I still haven't gotten them framed but they look great on shirts!!! Have a great trip!

I didn't know you could buy them, I thought they were just for annual passholders. I would have totally bought them when I went, I love them!

When we went we got them for free for buying a certain amount of merchandise.

They are super!! Have a wonderful trip. :)
thanks the next 27 days cannot come quick enough

Wow, I love your new shirts, the dark background on the Tink looks great!

Did the first test (plain paper) as just white against the lime shirt. DH said nope didn't like it. This was the 3rd shade of background. The test and the actual transfer was a little different but it works.
