If you have an option for Dean, he's great. He was one of the guides on my ABD Backstage Magic tour.
When we stayed in the Fairy Tale Suite, we did get VIP viewing included.I expect you will be able to do both. It would be cheaper to get parade viewing with the Holiday Tour, but there is no (relatively) inexpensive way to get seating for Fireworks or F!
I have heard (but not personally confirmed) that Signature Suites (generally suites with names) include access to VIP viewing.

We've stayed there, too! When we stayed in the Fairy Tale Suite, we did get VIP viewing included.
Can a tour guide simply "put" someone in the FP line and then leave? Or do they need to be with the person all the way through? I was just thinking of a scenerio where he/she would take us to GotG and put my husband and son in the FP queue and then walk my daughter and I over to Fliks Flyers? I realize these lines aren't typical long but we are going the first weekend of Christmas break so I do expect increase wait times. I'm just wondering if that scenario is doable?
May I ask what is the difference at WDW?
We got it included at club level when we stayed at DLH. I wonder if that was a thing back when
Matt, did they tell you about it or did you ask them? When we've stayed club level, it has never been mentioned to us by the staff. It wasn't mentioned when we were in the Fairytale Suite either; they had included the info in our confirmation letter so that's the only way we knew about it. Skyegirl, wasn't it amazing?? I wish I could stay there again! We've stayed there, too!
We didn't get VIP seating for anything, though. Did you have to know to ask?
Both have been available during VIP Tours, but not recently.So...I'm a bit disappointed. The VIP coordinator I've been speaking with has told me that neither the Pet Cemetery of HM or the Lille Belle are offered in the tour...

Pet Cemetery is not a big deal, since much more elaborate headstones are along the queue.
Riding the Lilly Belle has always been "hit or miss" on VIP Tours, so the dedicated Railroad Tour is a better option.
The Lilly Belle is now its own tour. As for the pet cemetary, ask the guide, they might be able to do something.So...I'm a bit disappointed. The VIP coordinator I've been speaking with has told me that neither the Pet Cemetery of HM or the Lille Belle are offered in the tour. =( When I told my husband about the tour (and got him to agree to it!) I told him all these unique things we got to do with it and now they're all kind of shot down...I'm sure it'll still be amazing, but I'm disappointed we won't get to ride the Lille Belle for other unique things like see the Dream Suite, etc.
That actually doesn't seem THAT bad.Just thought I'd throw out there, since the subject came up, that I called the other day on a whim to see about possibly adding a night in the Fairytale Suite to my annual sister Christmas trip. Only the first night of our trip was available, and...get this...it was $1365!! That's a bit too much for this kid. I thought I might surprise my sister but I'm the one who got a surprise, LOL. That was for Monday, Dec 4.

It's definitely the least expensive suite!

That is weird, as the Fairytale suite has been in the $700-1000 range for the past 5 years. Recently it has jumped to $1000-1500 a night. The Mickey Mouse Penthouse is in the $4000 range now.Really? We were curious and called one time (maybe 3 or so years ago) and they quoted us some $2,000+/night (can't remember exact total, but it was in the $2,000 range). I thought no way would we do it for that much! I wouldn't do it for $1365 either....or $800. lol Too many Mickey Pretzels can be bought for that kind of moola!
