Thanks for everyone's response. I found a $125 per night rate for POR and Disney actually allowed me to cancel the reservation with them, with no penalty (loss of deposit). They actually had me make the new reservation first in case there was a problem with it, and then kindly canceled my res with them! I am so excited about this trip!




I am hoping to spend 10/20 – 10/23 at Disney Resorts (Thurs – Sun) for our wedding anniversary. Neither of us has been there is over 20 years! Interested in renting points (50 points according to the calculator) or existing reservation. Prefer OKW, but not too picky. I have a current reservation at a value resort that can be cancelled within 5 days of arrival.

I was hoping for something a little less expensive. I'm looking at investing in DVC so I may just wait for that.

Thank you! I'm very grateful for your response. I'm not even certain though if we could even do this on such short notice.. I have reservations at the Valure resort and could cancel by today with no loss. And, I've had a couple offers at $10.50 per point, but for my budget right now it's a bit high. I really wanted to stay at OKW so that we could see if we were even interested in buying through the DVC.

What are you asking for 50 points?
