Update about Salary Garnishment - GREAT NEWS!

Hello My Fellow Diser's

I just wanted to update everyone about a month ago, well now 2 months it was the beginning of June, I was in a very bad place and was about to go to court to fight a Salary Garnishment. Well on Thursday the lawyer calls me and said he was reviewing the case and has seen that I have continued to make the payments so he was going to withdraw the garnishment then I would have to withdraw my motion.

He said that he didn't want any hard feelings and my monthly payment will remain the same until it is paid with interest (its very minimal) but I told him that if I can pay more I will and he said that was fine. I thanked him, hung up and cried. I had just been in the hospital for 3 days with extreme high blood pressure due to stress.

I still went to court just to make sure it was all done and the Judge was quite happy we reached this settlement. I am just awaiting the paperwork.

Things have all fallen into place and now I am doing much better. Things were tough for awhile but I am happy to report GOOD NEWS to you all.

It's really quite weird how things have worked out. I have started to take Yoga and have realzied that there are certain things are within my control and others that are not and I cannot get upset about them.

I also had started to write in a journal before I went to bed and that has helped me immensly!

Even though it was scarey for me for quite some time. Coming on the Dis was very good for me and everyone really gave me very good advice.

That is why I still come here when I want an unbiased opinion. Not everyone may like what they hear, but certain things made me change things that I had been doing and now I am a better person and I have the Dis to thank for that.
