The Villas at the Grand Californian are the closest property to any park - you are just steps from Disney's California Adventure. It is best to use these points to book 7-11 months out, so if you are looking at a trip to Disneyland from April - July of 2017 I'd love to help you out.

100 points (amount variable based on your need) are from my June 2017 UY, can be transferred.
Love my home resort but next year we'll just be doing a weekend or two there and taking our larger trips to Europe or Central America, and also taking a Disney cruise with family instead of doing a long Disneyland trip.
