Upcoming trip: feeling so discouraged

We are staying onsite - that's awesome you were able to get everything! I'm not sure why we couldn't get much. We are definitely ok with getting up crazy early so that might have to be our plan!

I really think your arrival day is a very big factor, like PP said, a lot of people arrive Saturdays or even Fridays, and everyone staying that week who arrives those days gets to make ADRs and FPs before you, couple that with busy weekend because of Illuminations.
