Upcoming Trip - Could Use Some Help

I'm heading to WDW in early March and staying at the Swan & Dolphin. I have a few questions that I'd appreciate if the collective brain here could help me with!

1. How does the extended evening hours work at MK? Do they just check at each attraction or do you have to get a special band somewhere in the park?
2. Part of my group are Florida residents. Does that affect the access to extended evening hours (they're staying at the resort too).
3. I'm managing everyone's account through MDE, but one person has their account "managed" by someone else from a previous trip. How can I change this so I'm managing it?
4. One day will likely be split between HS and Epcot, but the priority is to get the little ones on their favorite Epcot rides (Remy, Frozen). Is it usually possible to get LL for these rides later in the day/evening? Or is the better strategy to secure the LL for them first thing in the morning for later in the day (if that's possible - I'm new to Genie+) and just rope drop HS?

Thanks!

In short -
1. You scan your MB or ticket card at each attraction to see where you're staying. No special bands.
2. As long as they're staying at an eligible resort, that's all that matters.
3. As long as that person is listed in your Friends & Family list in MDE, you can make plans for them, i.e. buy G+, book LL or ILL$ for them, include them in ADRs. If they're not already in your F&F list, you need to link them by going through the person who manages their account. To have them transferred to you to manage (which has more to do with transferring tickets from them to someone else, nothing to do with booking activities in the parks) would require a call to Disney IT.
4. Read the first 7 posts in this thread and maybe the last page or two, then ask questions about anything you're not sure about! They'll be happy to help!

One more question here…

We need new magic bands and since we’re staying at Swan & Dolphin, we can’t get them through the resort. Im not seeing any of the basic ones on the Shop Disney site. Is there any place we can get the basic bands from prior to arrival?
