Upcoming reservation dates changed on the members website

I have 2 upcoming DVC resort reservations. I went into 'upcoming reservations' on the website and it has the same confirmation numbers but completely wrong dates in December.
I called member services and after a few minutes of confusion the woman said the site is going a little crazy so I should just view my reservation through MDE right now. Has this happened to anyone before? My heart dropped in my shoes when I saw the dates.

Wow, that's scary! Hope nothing is really wrong!
I tried getting on last night, and today and couldn't. I figured they were doing some unannounced "enhancements". Maybe they are working on it.
I am surprised there is not more mention on the board.
 
The correct reservations show again. Seemed to take about 30 minutes from when I first saw it. I don't think I am going to check again until we get there. :sad2:
 
Web site must be messed up. The booking option is not available and none of my future or past reservations are showing up. Scary when you first see that. Everything's on MDE but nothing on the member web site.
 

Wow, I am afraid to even look on the MS website. :scared: I hope they get fixed soon.
 
Another reason to not trust that DVC keeps correct records.

It's very important that everyone keeps their reservation, contract, and point information at home and not expect the info to be available online or that the information is always correct.

In the past we have had a reservation canceled in error, points added to our account, points removed, and an associate added without our consent.

Web site still not working for me...no online booking, no reservations, no wait lists. Nada.

Yep.....tried to go book a room and got this message

We're sorry. Our systems are unavailable at this time as we are performing maintenance.
 
Yeesh . . . I leave in 2 weeks and was trying to make a possible resort change by stalking the website. Thanks alot DVC!!! :crazy2:
 
Tried to get BWV standard studio 11 months out today. No website......30 minute hold with member services...didn't get it!!! I would have if site worked..grrrrr

That hard to get a standard at 11 months! That's terrible!

Today was my 11 month window too for the same room. For some reason, yesterday I just went ahead and booked it with the extra day at the beginning. Sure glad I did now. I will send a message when the website comes back up to dropp that first night.

That hard to get a standard at 11 months! That's terrible!
The demand for the Epcot resorts is very high during the Food & Wine Festival. Some DVC members have added on small contracts just so they can book a studio at BWV or BCV during that time so it has really skewed the demand for those resorts. The Standard View rooms are quite a bargain so those rooms get snapped up first.
 
I too was finally able to get in. All of our upcoming reservations are correct. And I was able to pretend to book a reservation which I don't want nor need so I didn't finish the booking.

Note the warning is still being shown on the front page.

Warning has been removed now.

this makes me wonder, though, even with the reservation number, if the systems are down, how would the resort check it? We are dependent on technology, aren't we!

So true. Disney has had several small outages and the systems seem to be separate so they don't lose everything all at once.

MDE now gets passed the room reservation info so if DVC is down, MDE hopefully is still up.

I am waiting for hackers to break in and have a field day. :scared1: :surfweb: :scared1:
