I thought Ariel's Grotto Breakfast was with character dining? This link says Lunch/Dinner only..

Didn't they remove the character breakfast for a while?

It should be back on the plan though. When I made my reservation for November 1 I was offered the choice between lunch, dinner and breakfast.

Only Goofy's, Ariel's, and Lilo and Stitch include tax and tip in the price.......

I dont remember having a server at Minnies breakfast. Hmmmm.....it has been two years though, maybe I forgot.
