Up Pre-Parade

Anyone know what this is? Looks like it is about 10 minutes prior to the Pixar Parade at DCA. It is only offered one day while we are there. Has anyone seen it, is this like a trial run or something?

I just got back 2 days ago and we saw the up pre-parade in DCA.

Basically it was one float with the characters from Up on it, nothing fantastic at all.

The rest of the parade was great though, would have been nice if they just added it to the parade as it was a bit strange one float on its own..

It even has it's own time, how strange and a little disappointing! Oh well, I'm sure we will enjoy it.

It's pretty much for movie promotion. We saw the Enchanted one in 2007.

Yup, we saw that one too, and then last year it was Prince Caspian....YUM, they could have kept him around a while longer. LOL

Yeah, they do these things right as the movie, and then the DVD, comes out.

We saw the Enchanted one too...still don't understand why all the hype was over her in her wedding gown, when she does not get married or become a princess, but the pooper scooper CM was hilarious!

We were there for the Up premiere, but kept missing it. Drat. Then again, like everyone has said, those pre-parade advertisements really arent' much of a big deal at all.

And he was definitely good looking! LOL Lucky for me the kids had to stop to pin trade with a CM just as he was passing by.....LOL
