Up-close animal tours at Busch Gardens

I've been reading about some of the up-close animal tours at Busch Gardens. Has anyone done any of them? I'm especially interested in the Endangerad animals tours as it says up-close encounters with cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, etc. How "close-up" is the cheetah encounter. I know they have a baby cheetah. Would we get to play with him or is the up-close encounter with glass between you? Any info on ANY of the tours would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Last year we did the giraffe experience at Busch Gardens. We went in a vehicle that allowed the giraffes to come right up to us and we fed them lettuce. They had a photographer with us and they took excellent pictures while our family fed and patted the giraffes. We stood on on an platform on the truck and were eye to eye with them. My teenages loved this experience. We then drove around and saw a number of other animals that came right up to the truck and we fed them too!!!! I think it was 35.00 per person but worth every penny. We are going back again in June.

Do you know how far in advance you need to book the tours? We are planning to go in July and definitely want to do this one! Thanks!

we did the giraffe one last oct.the grandaughter absolutely loved it.we are doing the orangatang one this year.
you can book,quite a few months in advance,as i was looking today & octs calendar,is already up.
