Up! characters meet and greet?

Has anyone seen Carl, Russel or Dug around lately? I've been periodically checking on the Disneyland App but I haven't seen them.

I hope they aren't retired!

Russel and Dug used to show up at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail throughout the day. We even got our pic with Dug, which was cool. But when the Shanghai cuts came, they were first to go unfortunately. Everyone's hoping they'll return in the Fall, but Disney has been known to be cheap and simply continue non-offerings once they're started.

I was told that they had specifically gone to Shanghai. So I guess they only have one Russel costume? I do hope it's back, it's the one character I did want to meet and never have.
