UOR website login

do you guys have any problem login into universal website ?

I've not been able to log in for several months.
First they took down the old version, and now I always encounter an "unknown error"

I have created a new account, as instructed, but it will not let me through

IT services are less than helpful. They go like "sorry for the inconvinience, we value your business, blah ..." our teams are made aware of the issue ... Some TM (?) on the phone even told me it was temporary, please try again in a few days (I'll be counting weeks ...)
I've tried with another email to create a new account, I've tried different browsers ... I even tried voodoo tricks ... still no joy ...

does the site even works, or is it just me ?

I'm getting the idea that their website is developed by interns, as I've never been able to do anything but order APs on it. It is atrocious; maybe even a crime.

Ice never really found a reason to use the account. With the old site it erased all relevant info 5 minutes after exiting the account. I just created a new account yesterday after they sent the email to create a new one, but haven't tried to do anything with it.

If by "interns" you mean "minions", I agree.

I haven't even tried to set one up. I have a Loews account for my hotel bookings but don't see a need to have a Universal account.

J/W Did you click on the link Create an Account or did you just enter an e-mail and password thinking that creating a new account?

I was posting about this issue last month
Sometimes the old site comes up and other times it is the new one

Problem for me the new site did not bring up what I requested

Had to call to renew my ap...

It was useful to check AP expiration dates, as well as renewing them APs

created new account

this new account works on the app ( login/pass combo different from the one I used on the old site, so that's THE new account I have just registered on the website) but the app is useless, I even wonder why there is a log in option on some app where no personnal info is available
but on the website it just goes "unknown error"

Ok that's strange that it works on the app but not the website. But now that you mention it I had major troubles with AMC Theatre's app when they updated it but never had an issue on their website even when using my phone's browser (I deleted the app and haven't used it since, just use their website). They updated their website too but something funky was happening with their app. And for you it's the opposite; issues with the website but not the app. I can understand your frustration with the issue.
