Suggestions for when to have driver come UO hotel to get into HS in time to join (hopefully) boarding group? When I look at estimated arrival now, I don’t know if it is accurate because don’t know about rush hour traffic. Other info: it is our first day at Disney, have tickets loaded on account, will have bag to check.

(Extra question, where is the guest relations office as we need to get DAS once we enter?)
Tomorrow is supposed to be both the hottest day of the week and rain. But we were supposed to go Wednesday and rain even more likely that day so did a last minute switch.
Thanks for any advice.

To be safe I'd assume a 30 minute car ride to the gate. Then you have to wait in the line of cars to get in, drive to drop off, walk to bag check, go through bag check, get in line to tap in, and then wait for the park to open. Say it takes 45 minutes to do all that, plus you have the DAS to deal with. I have no idea how long that will take.

With an 8am opening, I'd get picked up at 6am to be safe. I'm overly cautious, but if it's your only day in DHS, you want to maximize your chance of getting a boarding group.

I don't know where you go for DAS, but there are many guest relations windows at the entrance.

We were already through ROTR when you replied but I really appreciate it. Just in case anyone looks at this in the future. We got a ride share at 6:45 and were sitting in the park by 7:30 (including going to guest services). It was about a 15 minute drive at that hour and then about 8 minutes from the drive through gate to the ride share drop off area.
