I have ressies for Chef Mickey's on Turkey Day. Unfortunately, the other two families were not able to make ADRs at Chef Mickey's. They are thinking about getting a traditional dinner from someplace (grocery, restaurant, etc) offiste and bringing it to the hotel to eat. Does anyone know of any place they can do this? It seems to me that a few years back I remember a few people doing this.

Mods: If this isn't the correct board, please move the post. Thanks!

Goodings at the Crossroads, just outside the DTD and Publix offer the traditional holiday meal to go. They might want to call ahead and put in their order though.

Publix
Poinciana Place (Store #00351)
2915 Vineland Rd
Kissimmee, FL 34746-5505
Main: (407) 396-7525

or

Xentury City Center
2925 International Dr
Kissimmee, FL 34746-4407
Main: (407) 397-1171

They also could try any of the other Disney Restaurants. They all will be serving some form of the turkey dinner. How about a boat ride over to Trails End.

I thought Publix had a Thanksgiving meal. It's not advertised yet or listed at their website, but it's still early. Their prices are better than Goodings.

Thanks, ya'll! I knew I remembered reading about this at some time. Funny you mention Trail's End, that is what I suggested to them.
