Unusual Magical Express Question

We are thinking about booking a flight out of MCO at 6:00 in the morning. We are wanting to use ME, but thought we might want to spend our last night at the hotel near the airport (isn't there one right there?) so we don't have to get up so early. Can we still take ME to the airport the evening before and get to a hotel from there?

We have stayed at the Hyatt at Orlando Int our last night a few times, it's a great option for that early morning flight.

IMHO there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to use ME for transportation a day early but I think it could get complicated to explain. They seem to have one mode - flight - < 3 hours no deviations !!

I would try calling the ME number and ask directly, I don't have it handy but could get it for you. Or you could just pick a flight with a time that leaves about 2 hours after you want to arrive at the airport and use that as your ME information. IIRC the Hyatt is on the A terminal so get off on that side.

If you have a 6AM departure you might really want to consider an option other than ME....they would want to pick you up about 3AM!!

I would do as the previous poster suggested and find a flight that leaves MCO (on an airline that does NOT allow you to check baggage from your hotel) and give them that flight information as your departure. Then board the bus at the arranged time and head to the Hyatt for the night. It is on the A side of the terminal.

Hotwire has been showing the Hyatt frequently this fall for $65 to 70/night which is substantially less than you can book it for directly. It is the 3.5* hotel in the MCO area that does NOT show a shuttle icon.
