unused US tickets

Can unused Universal tickets be kept and then upgraded like disney tickets or are they only good for one season? My husband has decided not to come to Florida with us and I already have his ticket bought. Thanks

As long as the ticket doesnt have an expiration date (due to a promotion or date specific special) you can keep it and use it when you like. Yes it can also be used to upgrade the ticket towards a different ticket.

I'm sure though that you can find lots of people that will suffer and go with you instead!
