1. There is always a "chance," but that is against standard policy. My stepmom bought 7 day park tickets and had to change her plans and will only be there for 5 days now.
1. Is there any hope at all of her calling and getting the tickets changed to 5 days and getting reimbursed the difference?
2a. I would tell her to hold on to them if they didn't expire
2b. but she has to use all of her passes within 14 days of the first day she uses a ticket, right?
3. Anyone ever tried calling and explaining to see?
4. If not, no big deal, it is probably only $100-150 and she chose to change her plans and can live with the consequences.
2a. If none of those particular tickets were used at all, they can be saved.
She COULD just buy NEW 5-day tickets for now and save the current tickets (or their value) for
a future trip.
2b. Yes. Once a ticket has started to be used, any part of it still left will expire at the end of the 14th day.
3. Yes. And, again, anything is possible. But, it will be up to the CM as to whether they will change the ticket.
The circumstances for each "exception" will make predicting what will be the outcome impossible.
4. You didn't say how many tickets are involved, but the difference price (per ticket)
between 7-day Base ticket and a 5-day Base ticket is $21.30 incl. tax.
