Unused park ticket booked with hotel stay

My mother in law was unable to use her 5 day hopper, attached to our room, park reservations were made though. The other occupants used their tickets and reservations, does her ticket retain its value?

she never used it at all, it was booked through Disney directly, can we save it?

It is still valid. The reservation doesn't activate the ticket...a scan at the turnstile is required. The ticket should still appear in whatever app it was loaded into.
