Can I save them for next year? My DH's company picnic was a couple Sundays ago. Unfortunately, it was on the same day that Tropical Storm Hanna decided to show up. We gave it our best effort, but after 3 hours and only making it on 3 rides, we decided to head home. So, I have all these tickets left over. The tickets actually got soaking wet and I had to dry them out when we got home. Please tell me they don't expire. I think today was the last day of the season. Are they open for Halloween? you know, like Hersheypark in the Dark?

You can save em for 10 years if you'd like :) And yes they are open for Halloween but its not the full park that's open.

Knoebel's ride tickets do not expire. They are the same every year.
I found some a week after DD went with friends, plus she brought home more that she didn't use. We'll just put them in a safe (and likely to be forgotten) place until we go again.

Hey we just went today! It was packed because of the Weis picnic- wish I knew that before I went.
But still fun and we were using up tickets- and we still have a bunch and they are good forever. Hopefully we'll get to use them on Flying Turns next year!

mmm We ate like pigs too- funnel cake and fudge! mmmmm.
They have the covered bridge craft fair on the 3-5th I think a couple rides are open then and then a couple saturdays in October with limited things open.

Gosh I love Knoebel's though the people are so friendly!

Thanks ya'll! I knew you would have the answer! Now I have incentive to go next year.

Sounds like you had a great time! I really wanted to ride Flying Turns, but it wasn't open that day. We did enjoy the ride on the Skyride. That really goes up in the mountains, doesn't it? And what a view! It would have been pretty intense if it wasn't all foggy and rainy. It was fun being the only people on the ride though. I was dripping wet till we got down.

Save those tix Kycha! I've still got some swim and mini golf passes from when I worked there in college, and they're still good. It's so nice not to feel pressured to use every last ticket before you leave each time.

As Java said, they will have some rides open for the Covered Bridge Festival (various kiddie rides, the Phoenix, carousel, etc) as well as some of the food stands. There will also be additional food vendors who come in for the craft show and many crafters. Lots of good food!

Is Flying Turns open yet???

Nope not open. It is having trouble getting the safety clearance according to the workers. Since it is the only one of it's kind here in the us everyone has to sign off on it before it's a go. It looked done- but stll waiting on that safety sticker.

We were also on hand yesterday for the Weis picnic. DS6 and I rode the Flyer, the swings, the mini-coaster, and the Merry Mixer - among others. Can't beat the ticket system. Came home with tickets that will now go into the drawer till next summer. A great bargain ! :thumbsup2

Last I heard they were waiting for the new seats to be remade. Other ones didn't fit as planned.

Glad to hear that your saving your tickets. We have friends who gave us $40 worth of tickets this year. They didn't want them so of course, I'd gladly use them. Had a ton of fun!!!
