Unused days on PH-Upgrade to AP/DVC disc?

We have a couple of 4 day PH with days left. Where can I upgrade those to purchase the AP with the DVC discount? Are the parks and DTD the only places?

Thats the way it seems to be now but I was told on my last trip that the WDW Hotels would soon have the ability to sell AP's and do upgrades. Others have reported that they don't have that ability in place yet.
