I can't remember the last time so many of us were on at once!!!

So dizzy, are you going to work today? (Referring to the "...for a bit")

I'm feeling really weird today. And for you yahoos who are thinking it, I mean weirder than normal.

Right before making lunch today I had a screamin' headache. I looked in the medicine cabinet right before getting DS3 down for nap, but the container of migraine headache med was empty. I know there's another one downstairs, so I just went into the kitchen and made lunch. My stomach started feeling upset, so I gave DS7 his lunch and wasn't sure I'd be able to eat mine. But I always feel even worse if I'm sick AND have an empty stomach, so I ate and hoped for the best.

Oddly, the headache was almost gone by the time lunch was done, and my stomach felt better too. But now I am freezing! I'm in a house with the temp set at 70F, wearing a polartec fleece pullover and a heavy blanket, plus a warm laptop on top of a pillow in my lap!

I'm sipping hot tea, and feel not quite as cold.

Oh goodness Alex, take care lady. There is something nasty circulating around here. I'm trying to keep my family free of it but it keeps chasing us.

Yes, again. Since important people are in town I am having to work lunch (the only two hours of peaceful time I ever get in the world), and then come back and close. Tomorrow will be day 3 of this nonesense. Yet DH is still cranky (so I can't complain) I would be fine if he was at least happy or appreciated it, but he is too caught in a funk (again)

I can't believe the headache and tummy trouble went away so fast, but the chills came on fast, too. I'm gonna give it another half hour...

I found out what happend to our previous shipping guy.....he left before Good Friday and never returned the following week, didn't call us or anything. He just called awhile ago and said he's in prison!

And I should state that I will be there all weekend IF everything goes well with the surgery but I figured that was implied. This will be a relaively simple surgery compared to her previous ones. Removing some scar tissue cutting, cutting some tendons that kind of thing so I'm hoping all goes well. Just one night in the hospital. I had thought it would be an outpatient thing but with all of her hardware in her feet already from her ankle fusions and bunion surgery they want to be sure all goes well.

I'm sure it will be fine. I'll be skating into town just in time for Fantasmic! courtesy of Melody! (she is doing an interpretive production of it on the carnation stage at 10:00PM)
