He started fights with people on another thread. It was sooo stupid too He was pissed off because he owns or runs an ice cream shop. He got angry because customers weren't finishing certain cone sizes and throwing them away (what they couldn't finish) and he got all upset. Some people posted that maybe they had gastric bypass and couldn't finish and he said he refused to sell kids sized cones to adults and just went on and on. He got angry at anyone who disagreed with him and he got real nasty

weird!! I missed that whole thing on the first thread.. I was a newbie hyena then.

ok this brings me to something I have felt but nobody seemed to get this so this is a perfect scenario for what I want to say...I know there are several of us(not me) but I am including me in this for general concensus...who are very friendly and outgoing and want to welcome everyone to our thread...but you see we are a bunch of women who have known each other for a long time now and we know each other enough to be able to say things like this to and know we arent going to be offended but when we bring another over here I feel like we would have to be careful as to what we say because 1. we may tell each other things we dont necessarily want the whole world to know and 2. we dont want to offend a newbie and cause an issue where we have to be careful with what we say...I think thats why I am not so friendly with new people that come over here because I dont want to be pouring my soul out for someone who may or may not come back here on a regular basis....do you guys understand what Im saying???

Yes but remember its a public forum and ANYONE could be reading this at any given time even if they dont post so I guess if that is the reasoning then monitoring every post would be in order.

However, I chose to think i would never have met you or some of the other later hyenas if we hadnt have welcomed them in because my origional thread was just pixster, dizzy and Andrea regularily then others joined in shortly afterwards. I think Bernice was next up. Not that it matters but the point is we were all new at some point.

And Alison, I practically begged her to join our thread after her humor on other threads on the DL boards.

Lynn, I get what you are saying.. but we do have to be cautious..it's a public forum no matter that we treat it as our own private playground and psych couch for those heart to heart chats revealing tiny parts of our true selves... PM works if it's something more private.

you make a valid point there too shawna however, nobody really comes to this side unless someone tells another about it...thats been proven...hell the tag fairy doesnt even show his/her face
